While we have heard of some bizarre things people do to get into the Guinness Book of Records, this one has to take the cake. A Welsh man spent four days, two hours and two minutes painting his car with . . . . . Nail Polish!

28-year old David Sheath started working on his quest last Thursday, and using 131 bottles of nail polish, painstakingly painted his brand new, formerly white Fiat 500, a bright shade of Fuchsia!

David who spent the entire time in a special studio, sleeping only when absolutely necessary, broadcast the entire event live via a web camera, and has now sent the tape to the authorities at the Guinness Book of Records, to see if has broken the record for the 'Longest on-line advertisement ever'. We are not sure whether he is claiming it for the car or nail polish.

The bigger question however is, that is he really going to go around town in this bright fuchsia car, or will we see him trying to break another record, by cleaning it all up with a nail-polish remover?
