51xqkwj8mpl._sl160_When I first saw this book, the first thing I thought was "Wreck-It-Ralph", one of my all-time favorite movies. This was as good, except completely different. It is different than other books, because it is not sci-fi and is like a video game. Also, the tone of voice the author makes it fun to read. There is mystery and humor and lots of action. Basically, Pete Watson is a normal 12 year old boy. He LOVES video games and is very good at them. His love of video games causes him to hold a garage sale in order to buy the video game he has been waiting for. When he sells something he thinks is trash, it turns out that could mean destroying the whole world. His dad is actually an undercover agent and is mysteriously kidnapped right after the sale. Now the race is on to find his dad, get his dream girl, and save the world from mass destruction all in 1:00 hour! The book has a little bit of romance and lot of adventure. I would recommend it to kids of all ages!

510iounar9l._sl160_This book was pretty good. I liked it, but it was a little confusing. The author, James Dashner, is one of my favorites but this wasn't his best work. I felt like he skimmed through the technical details, which didn't make it that good. I still liked the overall idea, and the end COMPLETELY surprised me. I think lots of people would enjoy this book if you are looking for a fun book to read.

41fqfsgha5l._sl160_Jess Treski a hyper-active, smart person who loves to be right on all things. Evan Treski an quiet boy who loves magic. The duo soon get a suprise when there father who is never around do to work out of the blue shows up. THe kids haven't seen there father in a long time, but Jess is really excited to see her father, Evan not so much. While there father is here the Treski kids get even more wilder and little did they know a storm is brewing. I loved this book even when I didn't read the rest of the series.

41fqfsgha5l._sl160_I've read all the books in the Lemonade Series and LOVE all of them! I like the Lemonade War a little more, but I think that the new book in the series, The Magic Trap, is REALLY good. I liked it because in the other four books you only hear and hardly see the Treski's dad but in this book he is there almost the whole time, and it is interesting how different Jessie and Evan are around him. In this book, Evan is practicing magic tricks. Their mom needs to go on a trip, and their dad stays with them. He suggests Evan throw a magic show. All is well, and Jessie and Evan are just warming up to their dad when disaster strikes and some unexpected things happen bringing the magic show to their last priority and family first. It seems predictable in the middle, but you'll never guess what happens in the end. I hope everyone will enjoy this book as much as I did!
