Abu Dhabi's eagerly awaited Ferrari World finally opened its doors to the public at midday on November 4th. Thousands of people rushed in to get a glimpse at the world's largest indoor park, that features more than 20 rides, including the world's fastest roller coaster and, the region's first four dimensional ride.

Encompassed inside a 2.2 million sq.ft red roof that resembles the side of a Ferrari GT, the amusement park also features other exciting rides like a tower that shoots riders 62-feet in the air with a G-force similar to what a race driver might experience and, a junior F1 racetrack for future race car drivers to hone their skills.

For avid buffs of the prancing horse, the park offers the largest collection of classic and modern Ferrari cars outside of their Maranello headquarters and for the Formula One enthusiasts, a tutorial on how to be a useful member of an F1 crew.

There are of course plenty of good restaurants, including an Italian one inspired by Mamma Rosella, which apparently is the favorite haunt of Ferrari drivers in Italy. To read more about this amazing park or plan your visit, check out www.ferrariworldabudhabi.com.
