Rules is a book about a girl named Catherine whose little brother, David, has autism. At David's clinic, Catherine makes a new friend named Jason, who can't talk or walk. I loved Catherine's character because she was a helpful sister to David and a caring friend to Jason.

I learned a lot about the Cherokee Indians reading this book. The main character was a young Cherokee Indian girl named Soft Rain who was forced to move West by the white men. She overcame many obstacles on her travels to survive.

I enjoyed this dragon fantasy a lot because I have a great sense of imagination. I especially liked Minli's loving relationship with Dragon. Also, the important lesson in this book was when Minli learned that her fortune was her family.

I did NOT like this book! I decided to stop reading it because the description of the pilot's death scared me.

This book is about a girl named Turtle who stays with her aunt during the summer. Turtle and her cousins find gold on an island! I really enjoyed this book because it made me feel like I was right there with Turtle discovering treasure.

This book is about a young girl named Miri who goes to an academy to practice being a princess, with the goal of marrying the prince. I really liked when the prince chose Miri's friend, Britta, to be his bride.
