This was a really nice story. I liked reading this one before bed since it calmed me down a lot and made me forget about my worries. During the day though, I wasn't super excited to continue on with the story, and I got into a bit of a reading slump, so this wasn't a super memorable book for me. It's about a rabbit named Kenny who meets a Dragon named Grahame near his home. They actually become close friends, but the townsfolk start spreading rumors about the dragon and plan to kill him! In the end, Kenny teaches the village a great lesson about seeing beyond one's appearance.

This book was pretty okay. Short but fun, and it was easy to follow. 4 stars!

For some reason, DOGObooks only lists this book, which is the sequel to the first, Tangled in Time: The Portal. I have not read the sequel yet, but I will be writing my review for the first book here. Okay, so this was an amazing book. It was magical, engaging, and pretty exciting. It was about a girl named Rose who goes to live with her grandmother after her mom dies in a car crash. Every night when she stays in her grandmother's greenhouse to tend to the plants, she gets transferred to medieval England! It's like time is warped and she's living a double life. In this book, she works as a maid for Princess Elizabeth I and searches for her father. The book ends in a cliffhanger, so I recommend buying the sequel along with this book. Normally I don't do that, but since this book was so good, I don't think it will be a waste of money to buy the second one, too!

This series makes learning about historical events really accessible to kids. I really liked this book. It was fast-paced and exciting and helped me to see what Pompeii may have been like. It left me wanting to learn more about the disaster!

In my opinion, this book had some positives and negatives, so I'll be writing this review in that format. Positives: This book has a really cool, unique plot, not like anything I've seen before. Also, there aren't really any moments in the book where things aren't full of action, meaning you won't get too bored while reading this. Negatives: Since the book went quickly, it missed a few points that would have really helped to make things make sense. See, the author never really explains how things happen. The characters just set a plan to go somewhere and end up there, but there's no in-between. Also, the characters don't have much depth to them, and the girl characters are usually overlooked! There isn't much attention put on them! Also, this book was quite confusing. I think since it was quite a quick read for me, that stopped it from being anywhere near as confusing as some books I've read, but still, it's just not one of my favorites. Overall, I was expecting a lot more from this book. I've been wanting to read it for a while now, but I'm kinda disappointed. I must say though, Amanda and Finn would be a cute couple!
