A very moving book. James was struggling just to make it through alive in downtown London. On a seemingly normal morning he found a ragged ball of fur on his doorstep. Pitying the poor cat, he took it into his care, and nursed him back to health. He named the intelligent feline "Bob", and taking care of Bob took James' mind off of drugs and depression. During his daily outdoor escapades, cat lovers began to pet and bestow gifts to Bob, who became a big attraction and later an Internet star. James is noticeably different by then, having been nursed back to health himself. A truly moving novel, and a great insight on life.

Heatwaves in Delhi, cyclones and hurricanes in the US, huge gaping holes in Russia, and floods in China. All at the same time. You're trying to say this wasn't tied to global warming. Meteorologists, you were saying..?

Why not just put the book in the microwave? Also, is it fire resistant, b/c if its not, its a waste of time.

This is a pretty good book, all about the ties of friendship, bit I think its overly emphasizing on that. They should have a main goal or topic besides friendship, b/c that's already and overused topic/cliche.

I miss my childhood. By the time people/teens realize that they should have made more of their childhood, its already high school. And their brains are used to "impossible", "unattainable", "hard" and so on. I admit mine is too. I know this sounds old, but "realize the free tie you have before you are a teen and make the best of it". Of course, teens can have fun too, but our lives are taken up be homework, middle/high school, exams, courses, family problems (not all), career choices, midterms, grades, friends-I could go on forever. But the point is, by the time you might have as much free time again, you might already have kids. So treasure it.

I like Anna Ohlund's comment-"If you're done with your room, you're done as an artist". If you're not satisfied with your work and want to make it even more beautiful, yearn to somehow polish it even more, you're an artist. If you don't have that urge, you don't have that feeling, that sense, of a true artist.
