This book is filled with quotes. It also has many cute mini illustrations on each of the pages. This book can be useful if you need a quote. I wouldn't really read this book everyday, but I think it's good if this is the type of stuff you would be interested in. I rate it 5/5.Almost 4 years agoswirlycool added a new comment in

America Singer already had her heart with someone, however she and Aspen were the only ones who knew that. America thought he was the one, until one day a letter came. It was a letter giving her the opportunity to sign up for the drawing of the Selection. The Selection would draw the names of 35 girls. These girls would all compete for the heart of Prince Maxon, and at the end of the competition, there would be one girl who would win his heart, and the crown. America didn't want to enter, however her family wanted her to. When she went to the treehouse to secretly meet up with Aspen, he told her she should enter. Not only that, but they broke up. America was heartbroken. Later, her mom said that if she entered she could keep half of her salary. Not even if she was picked, only if she entered. America knew that many other girls would enter, so she decided that she would enter. She did not believe she would get picked. However, she was wrong. The rest is the beginning of her story. I rate this book 5/5, and I enjoyed it a lot. It made me want to read the next book to find out what would happen. I recommend this book to people who enjoyed the Hunger Games series, and those who enjoy dystopian and utopian novels.Almost 4 years agoswirlycool added a book review.
This book is about a girl named Isabella who is dealing with and who has a best friend named Imani who is also dealing with racism. This book was very interesting, and it also was heartbreaking in many parts of it. Sadly, racism is an issue that people still deal with today and this book showed what the main character, Isabelle, had to go through. Isabelle's parents are also divorced and she struggles going back and forth. Her parents also have trouble agreeing with each other, and sometimes Isabelle feels like she's two people. This book is really good, and I rate it 5/5. I recommend it to people who enjoy reading books about problems that are still present in today's society.Almost 4 years agopizzagirl7 replied to a comment in
