City of Ashes is written by Classandra Clare. After City of Bones, I just had to continue the story. I love the way how the author makes the relationships between characters. Everyone would probably like this book, it doesn't matter what gender you are. This book has both fights and romance in it. If you like urban legends, you will definitely love this book, too. I also recommend it to every teenager.

I am number four is about how a garde from the planet lorien developes his legacies and how his life is. He is number four, next in line to be killed by the mogadorians. The mogadorians are aliens that want to take over Earth. The plot of this story attracts me a lot and I also love the way the author writes the story. The author has an amazing imagination, he made up a lot of cool legacies. He made it feel so realistic.

This book is The Power of Six, by Pittacus Lore I like the way the author wrote this book in first person perspective. The perspective switches almost every chapter from Four to Six then Six to Four. A new character was added. Her name is Marina and she is number seven. Marina's cepan is quite irresponsible. She forget about the purpose of them arriving at Earth. The parts I liked were the parts of the battles between the gardes and the mogadorians. The author made the fights very realistic and he describes them very well. The part when Four read the letter Henri wrote for him was very touching.

The Rise of Nine is the 3rd book of the Lorien Legacies. It is written by Pittacus Lore. I loved this book. I loved the way the author switches perspective between the gardes. This way it makes me look forward to the story. In this book, Four and Nine is caught and imprisoned by the FBI. The FBI somehow had mog weapons so that shows that some humans are working with the mogadorians. All of the gardes had powerful and unique abilities. I liked Nine's ability the most because how cool is it to have super speed AND anti-gravity? Nine is also my favorite character because he is always brave and humorous. I recommend this book to everyone.

This book, The Fall Of Five, is written by Pittacus Lore This is probably the best book in the series, but also the saddest one. In this book, all the gardes got together and Sam's dad were also saved from the mogadorians, but all this lead to Five's betrayal towards the rest of the gardes. Five was going to kill Nine but then Eight blocked Five and died instead. Due to Eight's death, Seven became enraged and blinded Five left eye. This book is really sad because in the last book, Eight barely survived a knife through his chest, then in this book, he gets killed. Eight is one of the nicer characters. What will Five do? Rejoin the gardes or betray them?

The Revenge of Seven is written by Pittacus Lore. When I saw the title of this book, the first guess I had was that Seven killed Five. Seven is angry at Five because Five betrayed them and caused Eight death. The gardes also found a new ally, a mogadorian with the legacy of shockwave. They attacked a mogadorian hideout in Washington DC, and the good mogadorian, Adam, killed his own father to save the gardes. I wasn't too surprised about Five's betrayal because he was already acting weird. It is also almost impossible to survive this long without the mogadorians catching him.

I was surprised when normal humans developed legacies. In this book, they are finally going to fight Setrakus Ra, the mog leader. I hope there will be a next book, because I love this series very much.

This book is about a girl, Clary, and her life after her mother disappeared and she found out what she is, a shadow hunter. A shadow hunter has the blood of angels running through their veins. Their duty is to keep demons from overrunning the mundane world. Mundane is what shadow hunters call normal people. The shadow hunter's race is called Nephilim. In this story Clary finds out that her dad is still alive but is evil. She learns that the world contains demons, werewolves, vampires, and angels.
