i like this book because they gave john a lesson; always listen to your parents. my favorite part was when john turn her mother into a big chocolate and then went with the store keeper that was my favorite part. I remember because I finish reading it just today a will recommend you to read it once you read a chapter you want to keep going! I read 3 chapters ahead in my school it was so interesting actually it was long because it had 12 chapters put in the end a was like what because i think there's a 2 book because at the end it only said "sold," that's what I think.

i like this book because it is funny.It makes me sometimes sad.And sometimes it is intertaning. and it is fun to read. and it is so sad sometimes and sometimes happy two

I think that the book is scary because his mom turned into chocolate and everything he puts inside his mouth turned into chocolate. I will recommend this book to other people even if it's scary for me. the part that i like about the book was when he found the coin on the sidewalk. the part that i don't like about the book was when he did not listen to his mom and dad. I think it's a good book because you can learn a lesson about eating lots of chocolate. If you eat a lot of chocolate as John, everything might turn into chocolate. My favorite part is when he went to the store to buy chocolate because when I was in mexico I always went to the store to buy chocolate. Trust me, it's a good book!

think that allot of people can do things like brian because he did it all by him self and its hard because he did it whit out his mom or dad going whit him or when that time he was driving the air plane and crashed by surviving his ingury that hurts really bad that can really happen in real life when you can die or live in the wild whit the hatched and make your own house and fire! when he gets all the geer he can grab all of the tool so it can be so easy to do or grab some food. the book hatchet was pretty good i licked because he did it to survive the plain crash and how he did it to survive in the woods all alone by his self and how was he able to find new better food for him to eat in the woods and how he had the hatchet that helped him for so many things and how the people were able to find brain inside the woods and also it was really weird how he found his survival pack with lot of stuff that can help him to have better stuff and what i did int like that much was that all the time of the story was like a problem for him and also how he had some mete reals to make his own house for him to have a place to be in and to sleep in there to be safer and how he was able to make a fire to keep him warm.
