The only word I have for this book, is LOVE... This book has so many different emotions wrapped into its story line, there are many ups and downs, and twists and turns. There are no reasons not to read this amazing, fantastic, lovely book!

This book tells a story of a confident and independent boy, on a journey to find his mother after she abandons her son overnight. Please, by all means, read this fantastic, and plain old AWESOME book. Try tofigure out if, or how, Jack finds his mother.

This is one of the most emotional and touching book that I have ever read. This book has so many different things that you can relate to, that it makes you feel like you are the main character of the book. August, the main character, has a birth defect that affects his face, he is very intelligent, but is treated as if he is a first grader. Read this book if you want to figure out how August makes if through Elementary school in one piece.
