Anyway, I think overall this article was very intriguing and interesting. I personally think standing up during the day would be better than sitting down. I myself can tell you, from a kid's point of view, that sitting down makes me less focused and less engaged in learning than standing up. Standing up during the day for longer periods of time is actually very beneficial. It helps improve your posture, and keeps you healthy because you're moving your muscles and moving around more. I would love to see this happen at my school, but it's not very likely. If there was a voting session to be able to have this happen, I would totally vote for it. Getting a whole school to agree with this process would be very hard. It would also cost lots and lots of money to be able to afford buying all of those high desks. Props to Meera Dolisia for writing this interesting article. I didn't have to write this comment for an assignment in school, I wrote it because I wanted others to hear my opinion.
