Ummmmmmm... Light travel is extremely unlikely, and even if aliens did exist, they might not be intelligent. I mean, what are the chances an intelligent alien happens to build a spaceship that can travel faster than light (because otherwise, depending on where they are, it would take at least 1000 years probably more) and just happens to travel by a solar system that's one in a billion and has life on that's intelligent enough to notice it OUT OF MILLIONS OF OTHER SOLAR SYSTEMS IN JUST THIS GALAXY?!
