OMG OMG OMG Best book ever!!!! I started the first one this week and a am already on book #3 you NEED to read this!! Bye got to keep reading!!

This book might not be the MOST popular but its amazing it has just a beautiful story story line about a little colored girl and her family going up north so that they wont have to be slaves anymore. Now the reason that I am only giving it 4 stars is because the ending was a little disappointing but other than that the book and story was amazing. Totally recommend.

If you don't like sad books that arent tied up with pretty little bows then DO NOT read this book. The author wrote this book, book that way because she knows that life is not tied up in pretty little bows. if you like books with happy endings then DO NOT read Pax.

I LOVE THIS BOOK! it's sad in the beginning and middle and awesome at the end!

OMG!! this book is incredible! If I had to pick one word to describe this book it would be: bittersweet. Maybelle has divorced parents and lives is a trailer. her mom has to go on a work trip, and Maybelle wants to go on a trip of her own to find her dad, but she also finds a surprising way to get there, and something much more important than transportation. I would give this book ten stars if I could,
