For fans of Mr. Lemoncello's Library and the Secret series, and classics like Holes and The Westing Game , here is the first book in a hilarious new series about a girl, her brother, and some super-big globe-trotting adventures.

Samantha Spinner's uncle Paul disappeared, and here's what he left:
  *  Samantha's sister got a check for $2,400,000,000.
  *  Samantha's brother got the New York Yankees.
  *  And Samantha got a rusty red umbrella with a tag hanging off its worn handle. The tag says "Watch out for the RAIN."

Thanks a lot, Uncle Paul.

After all the strawberry waffles, stories, and puzzles they've shared, how could he just leave without saying goodbye? And what is the meaning of that mysterious message?

The answer is simple. Sam knows in her heart that Uncle Paul is in danger. And if he taught her anything, it's that not everything is exactly what it seems. Which is why we should pay close attention to that rusty red umbrella, and never trust a monkey at a hula-hoop contest.

The RAIN is coming and Samantha Spinner is about to find herself mixed up in some super-important, super-dangerous, super-secret plans.

I didn't really like this book. It was about a girl named Samantha whose uncle left without telling anyone. He only left some stuff behind. I didn't like this book because it was kind of slow. People that like mystery would probably like this book. I mostly like mystery but I didn't like this book. I wouldn't recommend this book.

It seems interesting and the rewrite seems very good.

This book is really nice but there are many better books, plot is really good but the way it is worded makes it more boring than it should be.

This book is so interesting and cool. What was cool was that Samantha has a umbrella that shows where all the secret stations were. Samantha also saved the umbrella from being stolen by thieves. In the beginning she was mad that her uncle left her a umbrella and her brother got a form where he got to coach a baseball team. Her sister got a lot of money to buy whatever she wanted to buy. When her brother got robbed from his forms and got a magnifying glass instead, he and his sister went on a fun and scary mission to protect the umbrella.
