it looked so cool
(a lot of spoilers)Wow! So far, this is the best book in the series! It's about Cress (Crescent Moon), who is a Lunar shell. She is trapped in a satellite orbiting Earth forced to hack data for Queen Levana. Her mistress/guardian/stepmother is Thaumaturge Sybil Mira. In the first book, she D-comms Cinder to tell her to warn Prince Kai not to marry Queen Levana. One day, Cinder comms her back and tells her they will go to the satellite to get some info. Cress thinks of this as a chance to run away. But she gets discovered by Sybil and the team aboard the Rampion is faced with a battle. Cress finds herself back in the satellite with Thorne, the guy she likes. The satellite is about to crash, but Cress lands them safely. They travel across the Sahara desert, but Cress eventually gets kidnapped so she can be sold to a doctor, who turns out to be Dr. Erland, her father. Thorne finds her at Farafrah, where Cinder and Wolf happen to be. Then they all come up with a plan to kidnap Kai on the day of the wedding between Kai and Levana. They succsessfully kidnap him, but once again, has to battle Sybil Mira. This time though, Cinder tortures her mind and Sybil kills herself. So they get away safely with Kai onboard. Kai has a long and serious talk alone with Cinder, and she finally tells him that she is Princess Selene, the real heir to the Lunar throne. At the end of the book, they are heading to Luna to start a revolution. You won't get this unless you have read the first 2 books. It is the best series ever!!!!! :)
