Some kids pass their time by building castles, others forts. Two more creative six-year olds from Oelde, Germany decided to construct a 'Nuclear Power Station' out of an old computer.

After working at it all day, the boys decided to break for dinner. However, before they left, the resourceful duo stuck a 'radioactivity' warning, complete with the nuclear symbol that they had printed off the Internet, on to their masterpiece.

A poor passerby, panicked at the sight of the authentic looking warning, and called the police.

It was of course a toy. But the police weren't taking any chances. They cordoned (blocked and surrounded) the boys' street to check the 'suspicious' object for any sign of a radioactive leak. Meanwhile, the entire neighborhood, including the adventurous boys, ordered to stay inside their homes, waited anxiously for a verdict. After all was cleared, the boys were ready to go back and continue working on their project.

Not only were they not allowed to anywhere near their contraption, but the parent also had to convince the police, that the boys had simply been playing, not pulling a prank. In the end, everyone went home safe and happy - and the wannabe nuclear scientists had to be satisfied with all the excitement they had caused, in the otherwise quiet neighborhood.
