I give this book a 4 star, Its about Jesse Owens and what he did to make a world a better place, this book gives a lot of facts about Jesse and what running did for him. I made one connection and that is when he described running as being free to do what you want, and that's kind of true because when you run you can stop go turn and do whatever you want.

I made a lot of connections in this book one of them is when he had pain in his knees and he was wondering why he was having pain in his knees when he went to the doctor they said it was just growing pains, I get pain in my knees too and it is because I am growing. another connection I made is when he dreams of making a D1 school and playing on the varsity team and then going to the NBA to be a superstar. I have the same dreams I dream of going to a D1 school and then making an NBA team.
