This book is very nice.It is about a girl named Cora who has to do a spelling test and fails and struggles to fix her problem. This book was very good but very easy for me. However, it is very good for 2nd-3rd graders.Over 5 years agocookieplayerliked a comment in Aru Shah and the End of Time (A Pandava Novel Book 1) (Pandava Series).
Love the book it reminds me of Percy Jackson and the lightning thief and it talks about the Indian gods just like Percy Jackson learning about the gods and who his father was.BEST BOOK EVER!!!😍😻👍🏻❤️Over 5 years agocookieplayerliked a comment in Save Me a Seat.

Save Me A Seat is a really good interesting book, written by two authors, Sarah Weeks & Gita Varadarajan. This story has a really good plot with really good characters. The story is perfect because it has the exact characters that a normal story would need. To make things more special, they have a character named Ravi who is a vegetarian and a bully who who bullies Ravi for being indian, new, and vegetarian. Ravi's friend, Joe is a big guy who stands up for Ravi. But, he betrays Ravi because Joe's always been the guys who is the 'sore loser'. Joe doesn't want to be the 'sore loser' anymore so now, for example, he now 'pushes' Ravi to be in the 'sore loser' spotlight. Joe has been always bullied and teased, but in this school and life, nobody really tells anybody anything. I just recommended this book to my friend and he borrowed it from my school library. I would rate this book 5 stars for all the drama from this book. P.S. I would like to say that the theme of this book is to never, EVER, be the one who pushes the person to make sure that you're not the 'sore loser'.Over 5 years agocookieplayerliked a comment in Kid Authors: True Tales of Childhood from Famous Writers (Kid Legends).
Every famous author was once a kid. This is a book about famous authors that are adults now. When they were kids, these had the same problems as some kids do. Some grew up to be storytellers and others did not share their imaginative stories with other people. For example, Langston Hughes had a to deal with divorce and J.K. Rowling had to fight bullies at her school. These people are some examples of author's childhoods. They were a kid at one point, just like you! Overall I enjoyed the illustrations and learned a lot about my favorite authors.Over 5 years agocookieplayerliked a comment in Kid Authors: True Tales of Childhood from Famous Writers (Kid Legends).

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Harry Potter, Marvel...who could ever put down these good books! And we can never stop thinking of how these authors get their inspiration. Here's the amazing truth: Roald Dahl was the sweet tooth kid, J.K. Rowling was the quiet girl, Stan Lee was the daydreamer...reading this book will let you understand the childhoods of all our fave authors! Please read this, it is an amazing book!Over 5 years agocookieplayerliked a comment in Kid Authors: True Tales of Childhood from Famous Writers (Kid Legends).
(Thanks DOGObooks for choosing me to win this book [REALLY. This is great]) This book is really cool. Like all of the books in the kid authors series, Famous Authors is about authors - when they were kids! That's really what sets this book apart. All of the other books about authors are about their adulthood. But this one isn't. And it's the best one yet! For instance, did you know that when she was a kid J. K. Rowling played wizards with an Ian Potter? And that her chemistry teacher in school was the model for Snape? There are many other fun facts in this handy little book, so.... Read it! -UniPuppy reviews OUTOver 5 years ago
