This book is about a very big and evil crocodile that constantly wanted to eat a juicy child. He was always saying: “I'm going to fill my hungry, empty tummy with something yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy!”. He has lots of plans, but the jungle animals spoil them to protect the kids. Do you think the enormous crocodile is going to eat a kid? My favorite part was when the crocodile dressed up as a palm tree, and tricks the kids but the hippopotamus crashed against the crocodile and the to kids were safe. I would recommend this book to a kid who likes funny animals like the crocodile that thinks he is clever, but he isn't. If you like animals, kids, nature and failed plans read this book!!!

BOOK REVIEW REVOLTING RHYMES Author: Roald Dahl Illustrator: Quentin Blake Reviewer: Margarita.L Recommended to 10 years old Revolting Rhymes is a book that has different stories like: Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, Snow-White and the Seven Dwarfs, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf or The Three Little Pigs. Your father or mother surely always told you the same old fantasy story, but these ones have nothing to do with those. These stories are much more fun than the stories you know. The stories your parents told you are BORING! If you want to have fun just read this book. This book is amazing because they are fairy tales... but stranger. My favourite story is Cinderella, where the prince cuts off the head of the two step sisters. Is Cindy going to marry the prince? In Jack and the Beanstalk, for example, the giant eats Jack’s mother! If you want to know more, you'll have to read it. Roald Dahl entertains the reader by exaggerating everything and he is always on children’s side. The illustrations are interesting and help you imagine the settings and the characters. If you like the crazy books you have to read it! I recommend this book to children of 9 years old.

A fox lives with his wife and four children on top of a hill. They live close to three farmers. The fox takes one animal, from each farm per night. The three farmers want to kill him, but instead they get his tail. That’s when they want to dig his house out. Does the fox get caught or does he do what he wants? What will the farmers do?Will they meet other animals to do what the Fox wants to do? Why is Fantastic Mr. Fox called like that? If you want to know all this, read Fantastic Mr Fox. I liked this book because there is always a problem. The illustrations were very interesting... they are in 3D! You only have to imagine the colours. If you like books that have animals and guns, then this is the book for you! Roald Dahl exaggerates things to catch the reader's attention. On this book he exaggerates the three farmers characters because the fattest character, he makes him really fat; the second farmer is really tall and thin; and the third farmer is super small. He makes the reader never want to leave this book. I recommend this book to children that are between 7 and 12. I know they will love the book.

Matilda is a little girl that read and wrote a lot. She didn't go to school and she insisted and insisted to her parents that she wanted o go school. She had insisted since she was 4 years old and now she had 6! The first day that she wants to school, she had the best teacher. She was called Mrs Honey. When she started school she was very ahead of the class, so the teacher Mrs Honey, went to talk to the Headmistress called Trunchbull. She was very mean with the students. Do you know what happened with Matilda? Did she stay in the school? My favorite part was when we discovered that Matilda had powers in her eyes and she moves a lot of things and she saved a friend that was in her class. What i like about the author style is that he uses a lot of fantasy and he has fantastic pictures. I recommend this book to people that are between 7 and 14 years old and like fantasy stories. this book is full of magic.

Sophie is a little girl that lives in an orphanage. The BFG is a Big Friendly Giant that lives in a cave. When Sophie was stolen by the BFG they went to a cave. At the cave, the BFG explained why Sophie could not go back to the village. Sophie told the BFG that her parents had died. The BFG was sad for Sophie. The BFG told Sophie how his 9 and twice as big brothers hit him. I recommend this book to 10 year old children because it is an adventure book that takes place in ENGLAND. When you read this book very carefully, it makes you feel that you are in the story. Roald Dahl’s writing style is good because in some book´s he has written some parts a special language. Quentin Blake’s illustrations are good because they have no colour but they are interesting and make the book easy to understand. If you want to laugh a lot then read this book. It is only for kids older than 6 years old and younger than 10. When I read this book I couldn't put it down because it was too funny.

This book is about an enormous crocodile. For his lunch, he wanted to eat a juicy child. The crocodile always sang: “I'm going to fill my hungry empty tummy with something yummy, yummy, yummy!” He said this to a hipo, an elephant and a roly poly bird. Where his plans going to fail? Was he going to eat a child? My favourite part is when the crocodile was hiding like a coconut tree and saw some tasty children. Roald Dahl is such a fantastic author because he entertains the reader and the bad characters always learn a lesson. Quentin Blake is the illustrator and he is excellent because if you look at the drawings you understand the story better and you are surely going to laugh. If you like funny books, I recommend this book to you. It’s just right for kids that like to be entertained and laugh. When I read this book, I couldn't put it DOWN.
