This is the first book in the four book Lockwood & Co. series by Johathan Stroud. It is about a girl named Lucy who is a very good young agent that ends up joining the smallest agency in the city. One case doesn't turn out well and to fix it she has to stay in a terrifying haunted house full of ghosts and survive the long night.

This book was pretty good. I enjoyed it and I really like Maggie Stiefvater's books, so that made it better! It is about a girl named Pip who can communicate with magical creatures. Her magical guide helps greatly with every little issue that pops up when it comes to magical creatures.

I LOVED this book! It takes place in Wormwood and the main character is a girl named Vega Jane. Wormwood is in the middle of a forest and protected by a huge wall. Nobody is allowed in the forest and nobody knows what is out there. Until Vega Jane finds a map... This is an excellent book with adventure.

This book starts out in an ordinary situation, a boy, named Ronan is at school, but then his seemingly normal mother picks him up and immediately they are in an incredible car chase. His dad has been kidnapped and the kidnappers are after him as well. He ends up on an intense and crazy adventure with two friends, Greta and Jack. It turns out his mother is not quite a normal mother, she is a part of the Blood Guard, an ancient order of knights. This book will keep you up reading all night, I loved it so much!

This book was interesting, I didn't enjoy it very much, but it was about a young and pretty girl named Karen. She was poor and had no shoes and the loved to dance. She becomes and orphan and she goes to live with her great aunt. One day on a shopping trip, she is bought a beautiful pair of red shoes. The shoes magically come to life and take Karen down a path she never would have imagined in her wildest dreams, or nightmares. This book was okay, it was not something I would normally read, but it was interesting.

I am very interested in coding and programming, so this book was very interesting! This book takes place in Stately Academy where the founder left clues and mysteries for the students to solve. Two students, Hopper and Eni are determined to solve the mystery of Stately Academy. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to any mystery lovers!

My FAVORITE genre is Fractured Fairy Tales. I love seeing old characters come to life in new ways. I also cannot wait to get my hands on the fifth book (and the rest of the series - squee!)
