I was born two months later. My dad was pulled out of his teaching by some other teachers and heard about. He pulled it up on the computer, and watched it unfold live. He said it was like watching a horror movie in progress, because you want to do something about it, but can't. From that moment on, he knew America was never going to be the same. Imagine how the families that lost someone felt. Watching it on the news, knowing that their loved one was in there, and never seeing them again. There was one thing that everyone saw when it was over. The sign of America, the sign that we will get through this, that we are united, and we will pick ourselves up. It is just like a battle wound. There is a scar, and there is pain, but it has faded.
