A wonderful, diverse Disney movie fit for all ages. I loved the message behind this, it was very enjoyable to follow Raya and her friends on their adventure through the kingdom. In my opinion, the storyline was not as exciting as I thought it might be, and if the movie is stripped to its core, it's essentially the same as almost every children's movie out there. However, the characters and animation made up for it.

I had such a great time watching this movie with my family! I grew up enthralled by Tom & Jerry, so this quite nostalgic for me. Tom and Jerry are just as humorous and competitive as always, definitely did my childhood memories justice.

The Siren is a sweet and charming book by bestselling author Kiera Cass! The main character is a Siren named Kahlen. Being a Siren means serving the Ocean and having a voice that is deadly to human ears. But all that changes when Kahlen meets Akinli. Akinli is kind, caring, funny...and, unfortunately, human. Kahlen feigns muteness around him, but it is difficult for her to have to pretend. This is a whimsical story that conveys the message of following your heart despite your circumstances. The premise was quite similar to Cass's The Selection series, but enjoyable nevertheless. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fantasy-romance read!

Prodigy is just as, if not better, than its predecessor, injected with just the right balance of action, romance, and most importantly, emotion. It's with desperation and exhaustion that they finally decide to become part of the Patriots, a group working to assassinate the new Elector—Anden—in order to replace him with Razor, the Patriot leader. The plan is for June to pretend to betray the Patriots and go back to the Elector Anden, who expressed infatuation with her when they met in the first book; while she distracts him with a fake plan, the real assassination will take place in a few days. Day, on the other hand, is placed as a Runner who roams the streets. Yet nothing comes freely. However much June and Day have sacrificed for each other, uncertainties threaten to break their relationship, ranging from June and Anden's blossoming relationship to the fact that June indirectly caused the murder of Day's mother.
