Okay this is an awesome awesome book! I wish it was longer! I want to read it over and over again, it's just that awesome! Let me give you a description without spoiling it for you. Alright, so Greg is always hearing grown-ups talk about the 'good old days'. The grown-ups say that they used to know eachother really well and instead of being cooped up in a house all day with an electronic gadget, the kids would play outside while the grown-ups sat around and talked. But from the way the adults described it, Greg decided that he'd rather stay home because he wouldn't want everyone in his personal business. Everything is going fine in the Heffley household until Grandpa comes to live with them because they raised the rent at Leisure Towers, and he can't afford to live there anymore. Well, now dad is on the Heffley kids' case more. When Greg forgets to put the toothpaste cap back on, his dad is ready to pounce. Soon, dad leaves to go to a business trip. But something happens (including the toothpaste cap) that will make dad furious about something! So Greg decides to leave for his school fieldtrip that is for a week. But he learns of this made up farmer called Silas Scratch, and all these scary stories about him. But something involving his dad makes Greg change is whole opinion about this whole Silas Scratch story- and his dad. Read the book to find out! Oh my gosh I know right???

I don't understand why we do Daylight Savings anyways. It doesn't matter if we have more sunlight or not, because it's going to be darker when we wake up in the mornings. For example, when I was driving to school, I usually get there at 7:30, and by then it's super bright and sunny. But this morning, when my dad was driving me, I couldn't see a thing! I don't agree with this thing one bit.

Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays everybody! I just... wow... this year went by so quickly... And seriously thank you DOGO for all the news so I can know what's going on everywhere... and thank you so much for the people setting up this website... because I got to meet amazing people that I talk to... and it's so amazing how we use technology to discuss about book... because usually when people think about technology, most minds will automatically think of video games and social media.... Well technically this is like a social media... but the atmosphere here is... like a safe haven, and this is truly an awesome place... especially for book lovers like me. I want to thank all of you guys for creating this very unique place, because without any one of you guys... this place would not be the same... So happy holidays and merry Christmas... because in like six days (in my time <pacific standard time>), it will be 2016... A new year... And although this part is sort of an early message, I just wanted to say that 2015 would've been sooooooooo different without DOGO... so thank you... and also for the amazing, fantastic, cool, incredible.... (and the list goes on) people I met and talked to (I think you guys know who you are :D)... you guys certainly made a huge impact, you guys made me smile and laugh... and so for an early-toast for amazing people, books, and news articles...
