Hey :) I want to work in journalism/writing/law maybe too someday, and for journalism, I believe that you have to have a strong character -- you really need to stand up for issues that you believe in, and you need to use that passion to write about them. I admire many journalists who travel all over the world, writing about what they see -- not because it personally affects them, but because it affects what they believe in (if that makes any sense) Anyway, being a journalist when you're older is a great idea, but you can get started a little right now -- do a few interviews of teachers for your school paper, read a few magazines and get inspired (I'd recommend the "New Yorker" by the way, but it dabbles a little too much into politics for some people) -- um, good luck!
