I remember the first time I watched this movie, with my dad, in theaters, eating popcorn and candy. My dad fell asleep, however I was amused at 8 years old. I loved all the songs, and the characters were overall, good. Kelly Clarkson played Moxy, Janelle Monae plays Mandy, Nick Jonas plays Lou, and his 3 henchwoman were Bebe Rexha, Charli XCX, and Lizzo. It was nice, the main theme was accepting somebody different, and not everyone is perfect. Each person has their perfections and flaws. This movie is a older movie, and some parts are more blurry, btw. It's abut a girl, Casey Carlyle, a young girl at highschool, who has a hobby and loves to skate. However, her mother doesn't want her to be a skater, she prefers her to go to Harvard University, and get into a great job. Casey wanted to do that when she was a kid, but now she just feels drawn to skate. She makes new friends, goes to ice skating challenges, and has fun. Will Casey go to Harvard and give up her dream?
