Carter Kane and his dad are on the way to pick up Sadie, Carter's sister who he only sees twice a year. Except this time, Carter's dad seems to be distracted and clutching his bag tightly. Everytime that happens, something always happens to Carter's notice. Sadie and Carter see their dad talking to a guy named Amos. What follows next in the museum will change Carter and Sadie's lives. Strange things have always happen that Carter has noticed. On his birthday which also happened to be his twin sister Sadie's, their birthday cake blew up when Carter got angry. Now, something even stranger happens. Carter and Sadie's dad blows up the Rosetta Stone, setting many Egyptian gods free. Sadie and Carter discover their dad is a magician, and that their uncle is Amos. The twins also discover they host gods, making them godlings. Overall, this book was really interesting and I also thought that the parts of the beginning of the chapters where Sadie and Carter were passing the mic over was funny. I recommend this book to people who are interested in learning more about the Egyptian gods and their history. I also recommend this book to people who enjoy the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. I rate this book 5/5.

Nikki is looking forward to being the opening act for the Bad Boyz tour along with the rest of her band, Actually, I'm Not Really Sure Yet. Except it seems like the Bad Boys don't really get along behind the scenes, and not only that, but Mackenzie is Nikki's roommate. Mackenzie is Nikki's enemy. Overall, I enjoyed this book. I recommend it to people who enjoy the other Dork Diaries books or graphic novels. I rate this 5/5.

Apollo has done many things in his immortal life, but he has never landed in a dumpster in an ally. He has been turned into a mortal, and has been blamed for the war that had happened in the Heroes of Olympus series. Apollo must serve a girl named Meg, the daughter of Demeter. Whenever Meg needs help, her friend Peaches comes to the rescue. Also, something strange is going on at Camp Halfblood. Demigods are going missing with no sign of where they could have gone. The oracles are not working. Not only that, but in Apollo's mind, what's worse is the fact that he is now named Lester and has acne. Overall, this book was funny and I enjoyed reading the haikus at the beginning of each chapter. I recommend this book to people who liked the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. I rate this book 5/5.

Carter and Sadie Kane are the twin descendants of very powerful magicians. They are struggling to keep Apophis, the god of chaos, from gaining power. Ra, the sun God, is also being babysat by Zia. Carter and Sadie can only hope that trusting Setne will help lead them defeating Apophis. Overall, I thought this book was a good finish to the Kane Chronicles trilogy. If you are interested in Egyptian mythology or enjoy the Percy Jackson and the Heroes of Olympus series, then you will definitely find yourself interested in this. I rate this book 5/5.

Nathaniel had run away from his only relative left. He had taken the blame for something Theo, a little boy, had done. But Nathaniel couldn't let him get in trouble, or he would have gotten sold. He had no choice but to run away. He ended up finding his friend, and Nathaniel ended up joining the war that was taking place. In the end, he reunites with Theo's mom and Theo. I recommend this book to people interested in history, or people who want to learn more about the American Revolution. I rate this book 5/5.

Nikki really wants to have an awesome birthday party, however the money she needs for it goes over budget. She had originally wanted something smaller, but her best friends convinced her to throw a pool party. When her little sister, Brianna, starts selling dog treats, she teams up with Nikki and they earn a lot of money. With this money, Nikki gets enough to have her birthday party and have some money leftover as well. Nikki also has decided that she is going to tour with her friends instead of going to Paris. Overall, this book was funny and I recommend it to people who enjoy the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series or the other Dork Diaries books. I rate this book 5/5.

When a transfer student comes to Nikki's school, Brandon gets a little jealous. Someone also keeps posting pictures of Nikki and Andre, and the comments are very rude towards Brandon and Nikki's best friends. The person who is making these posts is later revealed to be Mackenzie, Nikki's enemy. Andre also happens to be Tiffany's brother. There were many plot twists in this book, and it was also really funny. The illustrations are also cute. This book does not fail to get a laugh from me. Overall, I enjoyed this book and recommend it to people who like the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, or the other Dork Diaries books. I rate this 5/5.
