This is an awesome movie! Moana, a princess who's parents are teaching her to be the chief of their town, loves the water. As a little girl, the ocean chose her. Moana's always been attracted to the water, but after a scarring incident her dad had when he was younger, she's not allowed to go near the water. But the coconut crops, the town's main livelihood, are dying out. Moana uncovers a mystery that changes everything. The people of her town were previously explorers! Soon she is off on an epic journey to restore the town's crops by finding Maui, the powerful demigod. Then she will trek to a distant island to return the creating heart to the island goddess, who can restore everything back into place. Facing monsters, boredom, and other hardships, Moana and Maui take this epic quest head on. With catchy and well written songs like "How Far I'll Go" and "You're Welcome," voice actors Dwayne Johnson and Auli'li Cravalho, this movie is really amazing and well done. Full of music, comedy, drama, you'll find yourself rooting for Moana and Maui. Awesome movie!! I give it 5/5 stars!Almost 7 years agopizzagirl7 has watched this movie.
