This is an amazing book about a girl that is neglected, abused, and hated by her mother during World War II. Because of the possibility of bombing in London, she and her brother are evacuated to London where they are cared for and loved by Susan. Although this book is appropriate for all ages, I thought it really brought me to deeply think about how thankful I should be for a loving, caring family, and to also be as supportive as possible for people who are not as fortunate.

Bottom line: This book (In my opinion) is NOT that great. I thought it was quite exciting, but I couldn't connect with the characters' problems and romances. I felt like I didn't get any meaningful lessons from this book. I do not recommend it, especially for younger kids.

Harry Potter's biggest challenge ever!Happy, who feels more painful in the wounds of his forehead due to the nightmares he creates every day, is happy to be able to get out of the nightmare by participating in the Quidditch World Cup with friends Ron and Hermione. However, ominous energy appears in the sky near the Quidditch campsite. That is, the symbol of the Dark Lord Voldemort,'Mark of Darkness' appeared. After Voldemort disappeared 13 years ago, his followers, Death Eaters, who dared not reveal themselves, evoked the mark; fearful Harry wants to return to the safe Hogwarts School of Magic. If you're the headmaster of Dumbledore, you'll be able to protect yourself... find the ultimate champion! Triwizard Magic Contest!!However, this year is a little different from the previous year, and principal Dumbledore announced that he had decided to hold a Triwizard tournament in Hogwarts, which had been suspended to solidify the three prestigious magic schools in Europe. Triwizard is the most exciting and dangerous magical contest in the wizard world. One of the champions selected from the top three prestigious schools of magic competes for the Triwizard Cup. Hogwarts students marvel at the graceful French Beauvaton Magic Academy girls who visited to participate in the competition, and the boys at the Dumbstrang School in Bulgaria with a strong atmosphere fill the banquet hall. The venue is organized and the magic department staffs Bati Crouch and Dumbledore Under the presidency of the principal, a ceremony is held in which a cup of magical fire selects each school exhibitor. In the splendid fireworks festival, the cup of fire finally names the three students. They are the superstars of the Quidditch game at Dumstrang School, Victor Krum and the Fleur Delakur of the Bobaton Magic Academy, and Hogwarts' all-around beauty and the most popular Kedric Diggory, but after all three names were called, the cup of fire was unexpectedly another. Spits out one's name. The name is Harry Potter! The inevitable confrontation of fatality! However, Harry is 14 years younger than the age of 17, the age limit of the contestants. In addition, he says he has no intention to participate, saying that he has never put his name in the cup of fire, but he is forced to compete according to the determined will of the cup of fire. This has brought Harry Potter's attention to suspicion and envy, and Rita Schiter, a journalist expert on scandal, fanned it out by writing an article about the screams of Harry. Even Harry's best friend, Ron, starts believing that Harry wanted to become famous and manipulated the glass of fire to call his name, and Dumbledore, the principal who thought Harry put Harry's name in a glass of fire to put Harry at risk Professor Madeye Moody of the new Dark Magical Defense Professor instructs Harry Potter to defend. Harry begins his magical training for the three challenges of the Triwizard competition. Challenges include avoiding fire-spraying dragons, diving deep in huge lakes, and escaping live mazes. However, the more difficult task for Harry is to find a partner to attend the Christmas ball, YULL BALL. Fighting dragons, mermaids, and grindillos is a lot easier for Harry than to ask Cho Cheng, a lovely schoolgirl, to be a Christmas ball partner, while Ron realizes that her feelings for Hermione are different. Without realizing...the strongest spectacle unfolds towards the cup of fire!!The situation changes rapidly as someone is killed at Hogwarts campus. Feared by Voldemort's nightmare, Harry visits Dumbledore, but he also fails to provide a clear answer. As the game progresses and Harry and other players are struggling to solve the final task, something keeps an eye on them: the moment Victory comes to the fore, all the truth so far is revealed and Harry Potter is inescapable of true evil. The showdown is waiting... Although it was long, I loved it!

I'm tired of living with Aunt Dusley's family, and I don't get a letter from my friends Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione (Emma Watson). Meanwhile, an unexpected letter arrives. It was news that Harry was expelled from Hogwarts School of Magic at Little Winning outside school because he used magic to prevent the attack of the mentors in front of Muggle's cousin Dudley, Muggle. The fate of the Dumbledore army and the knights of the Phoenix Knights is in their hands! Hardy) is put in court, but he is found innocent thanks to the mediation of Principal Dumbledore (Sir Michael Bolbol), but the Prophet Ilbo accuses Harry of the return of Voldemort (Ralph Pines) for accusing him of being a red lie, and students suspect Harry. Out of place. Besides, even Dumbledore, the principal who helped him when he was in the most difficult situation, kept Harry away for no reason... On the other hand, Dumbledore was unsatisfactory, but when Harry's expulsion became reckless, the Minister of Magic appointed Dolores Umbridge (Imelda Stirton) as a professor in the'Dark Magic Defense' course. However, Umbudji's magic defense class puts students in trouble rather than defending themselves from the power of darkness. Here comes the knights who will face the strongest magic confrontation of darkness! Hermione and Ron form a secret organization that believes in Harry's abilities and dubbed "Dumbledore's Army." Harry teaches students how to defend themselves against the magic of darkness, and prepares them for the upcoming battle. However, Harry suffers from a nightmare that predicts an ominous event every night. Now, you'll feel that the battle with Voldemort is not long before, and with the nightmare of Sirius being attacked, Harry heads for the room of prophecy in the Mystery Department of the Magic Department with the Dumbledore army. On the 11th birthday day, an invitation to the magical world comes to Harry Potter, an orphan boy who is living with severe misdeeds by an awkward aunt and a bad cousin. This lonely boy, with his skinny body and a lightning scar on his forehead, turned out to be a legendary hero who saved the magical world from the evil wizard. Inviting him as a student at Hogwarts, the best magic school in the UK, and waiting for Harry was a magical world to acquaint with. Harry jumped into a fantasy and real world, such as a moving stairway, entrance, and enthusiastic Quidditch riding on a broom, metamorphosis, and magic wand, showing off his genius talents and falling into a dangerous adventure to protect the'Sorcerer's Stone'. This was the first Harry Potter book I read, and it was great!

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the fifth book in J.K. Rowling’s enormously popular Harry Potter series. Accordingly, it chronicles Harry’s fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and his ongoing struggle against the evil wizard Voldemort. The story opens over summer vacation. Harry Potter has spent the whole summer at his Aunt Petunia’s house listening to the news, seeking signs of an attack. One evening, taunting his cousin Dudley with the threat of using magic on him, they are attacked by Dementors. Harry uses magic to fight them off, landing Harry in deep trouble with the Ministry of Magic; he is threatened with expulsion from Hogwarts. At a hearing at the Ministry of Magic, however, Harry is allowed to remain in school. Harry is met by a group of wizards led by Mad-Eye Moody, Professor Lupin, Nymphadora Tonks, and Kingsley Shacklebolt and taken to Sirius Black’s childhood home. Harry’s friends Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley are there. They explain to Harry that the house is the headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix, a secret organization of wizards dedicated to battling Voldemort and his Death Eaters. The Order has learned that Voldemort is seeking an object, possibly a weapon. Fearing the panic the knowledge would cause, the Ministry of Magic, led by Cornelius Fudge, refuses to admit that Voldemort has returned, and thus are doing nothing to combat him. At school, Harry meets the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, Dolores Umbridge. The Daily Prophet newspaper is still printing lies about him, but Harry decides to keep his head down and concentrate on his studies. Umbridge refuses to teach any actual defense spells, claiming they are unnecessary, and she and Harry clash. When Umbridge is named High Inquisitor, giving her the authority to evaluate all faculty members and allowing her to monitor all communication in and out of the school, Harry, Hermione, and Ron form their own Defense Against the Dark Arts group, calling themselves Dumbledore’s Army after the school’s headmaster, Albus Dumbledore. Dozens of other students join them to train in defensive spells. Harry has a recurring dream that he is walking down a hallway in the Ministry of Magic and enters a room filled with glass spheres. He also has a dream where he is a snake attacking Ron’s father. When he wakes up, he is taken to Dumbledore. Members of the Order of the Phoenix race to Mr. Weasley, rescuing him. Harry is told that Voldemort has been invading his mind; Dumbledore orders Occlumency lessons so Harry can learn to resist these attacks. Harry has difficulty with this new training, however, and his lightning-bolt scar pulses painfully every time Voldemort feels extreme emotion. Umbridge discovers Dumbledore’s Army. Dumbledore takes responsibility in order to save the children from expulsion, leaving the castle. Umbridge is named headmistress. As the students are finishing up their O.W.L. examinations, Harry has another dream. This time, he sees his godfather, Sirius Black, being tortured. Hermione is concerned that Voldemort is using these dreams to lure Harry into a trap, but Harry is determined to save Sirius. Harry sneaks into Umbridge’s office to use her fireplace to communicate with those in Sirius Black’s house. Creature the house elf tells him that Sirius is at the Ministry of Magic. Harry and his friends are caught by Umbridge. They trick her, telling her they are hiding a weapon in the forest for Dumbledore. She accompanies them into the forest where they are stopped by centaurs. Umbridge insults the centaurs with racial slurs. Outraged, they carry her off. Harry, Hermione, Ron and their friends Ginny Weasley (Ron’s sister), Luna Lovegood, and Neville Longbottom mount thestrals and fly to the Ministry of Magic. At the Ministry, Sirius is nowhere to be found. Harry locates the room he has been dreaming of and finds that one of the glass spheres has his name and Voldemort’s on it. The Death Eaters attack. Harry and his friends have some initial success defending themselves, surprising the Death Eaters with their skills, but begin to lose ground until members of the Order of the Phoenix arrive, turning the tide. During the battle, Harry passes this sphere to Neville, whose pocket rips, causing the glass sphere to shatter. Sirius Black is killed by his cousin Bellatrix Lestrange. Dumbledore arrives, rounding up and binding the Death Eaters. Harry chases after Bellatrix. Voldemort arrives. As he is attacking Harry, Dumbledore comes to Harry’s rescue, dueling with Voldemort. Voldemort and Bellatrix escape. Back at Hogwarts, Dumbledore explains to Harry that the sphere was a prophecy telling of a power Harry possesses unknown to Voldemort: Love. The prophecy states that Harry will either kill Voldemort or be killed by him—“neither can live while the other survives.” Dumbledore explains that this is why Harry must spend his summers with his Aunt Petunia—his mother’s love protects him, and he must maintain the blood link to that love by living in his aunt’s house. Knowing the summer will be miserable, Harry accepts his fate and returns to his aunt’s house where he will spend another summer listening to the news and waiting for something terrible to happen. This was very long, but I loved it!
